Built-ready wood solutions with artwork ship from Seattle in about 10 days. Built-ready wood blanks ship in about 2 days and in some cases, the same day. For larger and custom orders, timelines will vary, but we’ll always keep you updated along the way. Need them by a specific date? Let us know - we’ll get creative to make it happen.

Absolutely! Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package in real-time.

Guarantee & Return Policy

Atomic Taps is committed to quality and doing right by our customers. Here’s our policy:

Defective or Damaged Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no cost once we receive it back.

Exchanges only:

• For all other returns - including wrong orders or changes of mind - we accept exchanges on blank handles only.
• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Items must be in like-new condition with no scratches, dents, or signs of use.
• Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

• Email support@atomictaps.com with your order details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

Shipping Costs

• Customers inside the continental U.S. are responsible for return shipping fees for wrong orders or changes of mind.
• Defective or damaged items will be exchanged at our cost.
• Customers outside the continental U.S. are responsible for return shipping fees.

Immediate Replacement Option:

• If you need a replacement before we receive your return, you may purchase a second unit with shipping covered by us. After we receive the original item, we’ll refund the second purchase.
